This Agreement includes the following terms and conditions: the General Terms and any Service-Specific Terms that may apply to individual Services. In case of a conflict, the Service-Specific Terms will take precedence.
Acceptance of the Agreement
To accept this Agreement, you must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract. If you do not agree to the General Terms, please refrain from using our Services. Should you agree to the General Terms but not the Service-Specific Terms, do not use the corresponding Service. Acceptance can be indicated by checking a box, clicking a button, or by using the Services.
Service Description
We provide cloud-based software and applications for businesses, including associated offline and mobile applications (collectively, “Services”). You may use these Services for personal, business, or internal organizational purposes. Access requires an internet connection and compatible equipment.
Beta Services
We may offer certain Services as closed or open beta (“Beta Services”) for testing and evaluation. We reserve the right to determine the duration and success of these tests. You are not obligated to subscribe to any paid Service based on your participation in a Beta Service. We may discontinue any Beta Services at any time without notice and are not liable for any resulting harm.
Free Trial
If you register for a free trial of one or more Services, you will have access at no charge until the earliest of: (i) the end of a 15-day trial period, (ii) the start of a paid subscription, or (iii) termination by Zoho. Any data entered or customizations made during the trial will be lost unless you purchase a subscription or export the data before the trial ends. Services are provided “as-is” during the trial period.
Third-Party Applications
Our Services may integrate with third-party applications, which may require acceptance of additional terms. You are responsible for understanding these terms. Zoho is not liable for any issues arising from your use of third-party applications.
Fees and Payments
Our Services are available under various subscription plans. Payments can be made through multiple methods, including credit cards and wallets. Zoho may change pricing, and taxes may apply to your subscription.
Organization Accounts
When signing up for an organizational account, you can designate administrators. These individuals will manage the Services for your organization. You are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring compliance with this Agreement.
Personal Information and Privacy
Your personal information is governed by the Gofrugal Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must notify us of any unauthorized account use. Zoho is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access.
